Marion A. Lewis
Marion Lewis serves as Senior Advisor and Learning and Development Coach for M2. He has been in this role since 2014 and provides counsel and ongoing leadership training and development for members of the firm. He also provides oversight and direction in strengthening the M2 culture and plays a key role with the partners in the recruitment and selection of talent.
Marion spent most of his career of over 40 years in business management and leadership positions in the food service industry, having worked for Pizza Hut International as Regional Director of Operations of 175 restaurants as the Director of National Operations Projects, as well as the President and Operating Partner of a Pizza Hut franchise.
Marion left Wendy’s International after 11 years to pursue his own training and development consulting firm, Strategic Edge Training Solutions, specializing in customized instructional design, leadership workshop facilitation, and organizational development. He is a certified facilitator for a number of nationally recognized professional leadership courses, including Situational Leadership©, Crucial Conversations©, and DDI©. He is also a certified facilitator for LEAN process improvement.
Marion attended the University of South Alabama and the University of Cincinnati.
