Marion A. Lewis
Marion serves as Senior Advisor and Learning and Development Coach at M². He has been in this role since 2014 providing counsel and ongoing leadership training and development for members of the firm. He also provides oversight and direction in strengthening the M² culture and plays a key role with the partners in the recruitment and selection of talent joining the firm.
Marion spent the majority of his 40+ year career in business management and leadership positions in the food service industry. He served as a Regional Director of Operations at Pizza Hut International overseeing 175 restaurants and Director of National Operations Projects. In 2006, Marion left Wendy’s International to launch his own training and leadership development consulting practice, Strategic Edge Training Solutions, LLC. The firm specialized in custom instructional design, leadership workshop facilitation, and organizational development. He is a certified facilitator for a number of nationally recognized professional leadership courses, including Situational Leadership©, Crucial Conversations©, and DDI©. Marion is also a certified facilitator for LEAN process improvement.
Marion attended the University of South Alabama and the University of Cincinnati.
