of André Rice and his late mentor, Terry Mulvihill, M2 now

relationships of its partners, its Advisory Board, and its outside
investors, "Bishops", in support of its investment operations.
These relationships provide deal sourcing, empower our due diligence
in non-traditional ways, and support the investment process at
various stages post-investment. We are able to triangulate our
due diligence on potential teams through close relationships that
can help us ensure an uncompromising
